Initially we set up each domain when requested by you under your account.

We activate your request for additional domain(s) anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours from the time your request is received. Once activated it will show up in your admin panel and from there you can manage on your own.

Easily switch domain between IIS or Linux/Apache technology anytime.

Manage and set up email addresses for your clients as needed.

Choose the server that best suits your needs based on what language you are writing your code in for your site. Simple HTML can host on either type of server, but specific language like ASP or say PHP needs to be on a specific server

If you add this feature, our Tech Support will support you 24 hours a day via live online chat. This will be available to any of your client's in a private control panel if requested as well the toll-free support number for technical support. Every set up for your clients will be whitewashed with no information about our company. This way if you choose to grant your customers access to a private domain panel that they manage they can have support available to them anytime without having to call upon you. Technical Support DOES NOT INCLUDE fixing your coding errors. If you have added Database Support, please note that Access is not a supported software for Live Help. If you have coding or Access Database issues you will want to purchase a support package for to assign a specialist to your problem. |
