TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Customer = You

1. QBS will work with the keyword phrases as noted herein and add on as needed if requested.
2. Additional keyword phrases can be added anytime in increments of 20 keyword phrases. The cost will be an additional cost to the initial 20 keyword phrases, and will be priced as indicated herein.
3. QBS does not guarantee the search engines or their affiliates will approve keyword phrases that are submitted by the Customer.
4. QBS will insure that additional keywords that are required to be added, in case of non approval, will be relevant to the Customer’s web site.
5. QBS will attempt to rank the Customer in a Top 5 position, utilizing “BEST EFFORTS” and is not held responsible in any way for any reason, should ranking not reach a Top 5 position.
6. The Customer gives QBS permission to adjust click prices to be as competitive as possible within the Customer’s Budget, without having to request written permission from the Customer.
7. QBS can not guarantee that the Customer’s link from any Keyword Phrase utilized is viewed in a top sponsored position located at the top main area of a search engine results page after a search is entered in said engine. It is possible the Customer’s link can be located on the right side of the page in a sponsored position. QBS can not control where any engine places the links, but will make every effort to insure the best possible placement for the Customer.
8. QBS will deliver a report in HTML format via email to the Customer once a month with an overall report of total impressions shown/viewed, how many clicks, and cost for that keyword phrase for the month.
9. Customer may increase Engine Fees anytime by written notice to QBS in increments of $35 per month.
10. If the Customer’s Engine account lapses due to lack of service money for the engine services, it is likely that the search engine will require a prepayment of a certain amount in order to reopen the account of which QBS has no jurisdiction or ability to control. Should the Customer not pay, the services will be terminated and put on hold until such a time as the Customer wishes to resume said services.
11. Should the Customer stop the said service, the Customer must resume service prior 30 days from the next recurring billing date based on the Recurring Charge Permission Agreement, or the Customer will be subject to a $75.00 reactivation fee by QBS before any services are resumed.
