To our best knowledge and belief, this order for an e-ad is comprised from your Customer email data that have been collected by you on your website or your affiliated web sites and is not a list that is Spam oriented from those that have not given you permission to email them. You agree to abide by all CAN-SPAM laws both federally and by state and that you will be held solely and individually liable for all consequences should you violate any state or federal law.
LIMITATIONS & GUIDELINES:

You may provide any size list; and

You attest that the list or subscribers you provide to Quantum for the Email Ads system are all Permission based. Permission based means that all parties in said list have given their "PERMISSION" in writing to the You whereby they agree to receive information from You ner periodically via email; and

You agree to follow all Spam and Federal Email Laws for your state(s).
INDEMNIFICATION
Quantum Business Solutions, LLC is not responsible or to be held responsible in any way for any reason or circumstance, for the list provided by you to Quantum to transmit. Quantum will not be held liable for any undeliverable e-mails or marketing pieces sent regardless of the reason. QUANTUM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC does not guarantee the outcome of any marketing efforts by you. In no event shall Quantum Business Solutions, LLC be liable for postage charges, e-mail delivery charges, Spam Violations of any kind, and/or printing or mailing costs or any other related costs as a result of using the data provided. Quantum Business Solutions, LLC will NOT be held responsible for punitive or compensatory damages resulting from loss of potential revenue. You are responsible for any e-mail messages that you send. In some cases sending unsolicited e-mail can be in violation of the law. Quantum will not be held liable for any damages or any violations that might occur as a result of your actions under any circumstances. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTUM OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF YOUR EMAIL LIST OR TRANSMISSION BY QUANTUM, OR ANY DATA AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
