It's set up with an easy to use web interface. You don't have to know any HTML or coding. Everything is designed in a user friendly environment and we provide a full User Friendly Manual designed for the laymen with every license purchase.


Software Features: (Written with MS SQL in ASP)

The application will allow you to add as many pages as you like. Create main navigation links, sub pages and sub sub pages with a really nice animated navigation control for the viewer to see. You can also customize all the graphics, add a flash header or elements where ever you like. Add all the photos you want. Use the present photo placement tool, or place them where you want them.

  • Home - Main administrative page of the site administration web interface. Get to all areas of the self managed site from this area.
  • F.A.Q Management - This feature activates with a simple click in your admin area. Main administrative page to manage, create, or edit any questions and answers you might want to feature for an area of your site which will display on a page for Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Form Management - This feature activates with a simple click in your admin area. Main administrative page to manage, create, or edit any form pages on the site. Admin can control what success pages forms lead to. Can be a page redirecting to a page off the site, or a simple thank you page on the site. Success pages are fully customizable by the admin.
  • Page Management - Main administrative page to manage all page content on the site. Add or Delete pages and manage existing content.
  • Sub Page Management - Main administrative page to manage sub pages filed under main pages on the site.
  • Sub-Sub Pages - Main administrative page to manage sub sub pages filed under sub pages which are under main pages on the site.
  • News Management - This feature activates with a simple click in your admin area. If you active it, the news feature will show up automatically. Main administrative page to manage scrolling news feature on the site which will display on the right side of the site.
  • PDF Linking - Uploading and linking PDF's is be a breeze using the Image & PDF File Manager and Page Editor.
  • Page Editor Designer - User Friendly, Loads of Functionality. Allows you to either just place your text on a page, design more elaborate pages and tables if desired, link photos, pdfs, files, etc... fun to use and easy.
  • Banner Management - This feature activates with a simple click in your admin area. If you active it, the rotating banner feature will show up automatically. Many use it for ads for themselves that will rotate with other ads or one ad per month. It can also be used to show other ads from anyone else, where they will link to whatever link you input for that banner. Banners will rotate randomly as viewers browse pages on your site. Main administrative page to manage the rotating banner ad feature on the site. Banners can be added, 125x125 or 125x240 to randomly rotate on your site which will display on the right side of the site.
  • Basic Event Calendar - The basic calendar looks like a calendar and allows you to embed photos into your events.
  • Event / Appointment Registration Calendar - This is an upgraded feature that is available for an extra charge. The calendar looks like a calendar and you can control the look and feel of your calendar. It is connected to PayPal for easy secure payment and registration for events and/or appointments for your clients. You can also use it as a scheduler where clients can prepay for services on a specific day and time. You can specify how many parties can register for an event and the system will count down until all spaces are fill - showing availability. When no more are available the system will not allow them to register for that day or time but if you have the event/appointment in another slot, they can choose from the available times. Price for add on is above in the drop down menu CALENDAR OPTIONS.
  • Gift Certificate Add On - The Gift Certificate feature is a neat add on. You can have preset amounts of gift certificates that you want to offer to your clients. They come into the site, choose the gift certificate amount, pay for the certificate with your PayPal account, are then redirected to fill in all the details of the recipient of the gift certificate, and then the Gift Certificate is made live on the site which they can then print. You are emailed a receipt of order from PayPal so you have the information for each Gift Certificate. Price for add on is above in the drop down menu GIFT CERTIFICATE OPTIONS.
  • Blog Management - This feature activates with a simple click in your admin area. If you active it, your viewers will be able to have conversation threads on your site by replying to entries made by other viewers. You as the administrator will have control over entering new entries, subject topics, and managing all entries that will display on your site.
  • Image & PDF File Management - Main administrative page to manage photos/images on the site. Main administrative page to manage photos/images and PDF files on the site. Ability to add additional users.
  • Secure Page Management - The Admin will have the ability to lock out any particular page on their site by using a user names and passwords to protect a specific set of pages or a single Page on the site. The user will have to login to gain access to view the area and without a login the area will not be visible to the public. These pages do NOT have a secure LOCK showing. The Page(s) are simply not allowed to be viewed unless the viewer logs in with the correct user name and password.
  • Email ManagementThe admin may upload a database in excel format to manage email addresses for their contacts. Simple fields such as Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Email, Phone, Fax, and Mobile will be initially installed as acceptable. Admin will be able to design an email using a WYSIWYG Editor (user friendly) and choose to send to entire list or just one party of the list. Form Field Merge will be allowed for initially installed fields. Additional fields required will be charged accordingly.
  • Photo Gallery -  Manage photos within a gallery like setting. Add, Edit, Delete photos through admin panel. Add captions to photos. File photos in albums (create links to file photos in) for photo management.
  • Logout - Main administrative link to log out of the site administrator area.
  • NOTE & TERMS of USE: (Use of Email Management Feature)

    1. Administrator (Domain owner) may upload any size list, but may send ONLY a maximum of 5000 emails per day; and
    2. Administrator (Domain owner) understands that all emails sent will be governed sent at maximum rate 250 pieces per 20 minutes with a maximum total records of 5000 records sent per day; and
    3. Administrator (Domain owner) attests that the list or subscribers they upload or input into the Email Manager system are all Permission based. Permission based means that all parties in said list have given their "PERMISSION" in writing to the Domain Owner whereby they agree to receive information from Domain Owner periodically via email; and
    4. Administrator (Domain owner) agrees to follow all Spam and Federal Email Laws for their state

ADD ONS:

  • Guestbook - Manage guestbook entries from visitors to your web site. Allow visitors to post guestbook entries.
  • Flash Header - Quantum will design a flash header with up to 10 photos and 10 captions (scrolling / flowing text). Includes effects as needed for flowing text or rotating, floating, fading etc... Photos and images along with text are used to create a smooth animation.
  • Flash Intro - Quantum will design a flash intro with up to 15 photos and 15 captions (scrolling / flowing text). Includes effects as needed for flowing text or rotating, floating, fading etc... and a replay button if requested. Photos and images along with text are used to create a smooth animation. Intro is placed on home page or used as home page and then the site shows up automatically.
  • Flash Animation on Home or Other Page - Quantum will create a flash photo fader with no more than 12 photos. No captions on photos will be added, just photos fading into each other softly.
  • Domain Registration or Transfer Domain Name - Quantum will purchase a new domain name or Transfer an existing domain name to a Quantum server. This is charged ONLY when Quantum is requested to manage the renewal or purchase of a domain name. If the client is managing this on their own through their own registrar, then there is no charge.
  • Traffic Analyzer - Comprehensive Traffic Stats. Know what keywords your visitors put into search engines to find you. See what page they came in on and left on,  which web pages are getting more traffic, and much more.
