Quantum guarantees a high quality design job for all graphic design & web design projects.  Quantum is committed to providing you with high-impact design either free if you are printing or doing a web site with us, or at below retail pricing when available! 

Web Design Projects: Web Graphic work is different than printing in that it is mostly viewed online and when printed, is usually only printed for reference. We will strive to meet all your color goals for the look and feel of the site you desire. The goal is to insure that you receive the functionality that you desire along with the design and feel you have requested.

Graphic Design Projects: Graphic Design for any type project that we provide will be high-impact agency quality graphics. We will strive to meet all your goals to insure the richest design for the final product.

PROOFING POLICY: We will create the graphics based on your input, and provide you a design to review. Sometimes we will provide more than one design to view depending on the product. We will provide up to 3 design proofs at no charge. This allows you 3 opportunities at no additional charge to formulate your design with our production and design team. Proofs requested after your final proof, Proof 3, can be provided but will be charged by the hour.

Due to the high standard of our graphic design and website design work we have the confidence to guarantee all of our work under the following conditions:

  • Per our proofing policy, above, Quantum will provide a design or more than one design dependent upon the project and up to 3 proofs.
  • Web Design and Graphic Design projects, require 50% of the agreed cost of the design services to be paid in advance. The balance of the design services are not charged until your design project is completed and approved by you.
  • If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the design we provide, we will change it to meet your requirements within the terms of the proofing policy detailed above.
  • All terms under our Terms & Policies will be enforced, as applicable.
  • If we can not meet or exceed your requirements, prior to your signing and approving the third and final proof, we will not bill you for the remaining 50% of the design work provided you request a cancellation of services, in writing, within 2 days after the third and final non charged proof of the design is completed.
  • The initial 50% of the agreed design cost is not refundable. If we do not bill you for the remaining 50% (the balance) of the original agreed design costs Quantum will retain all aspects of the artwork, all files, website, coding, scripts, images, graphics and any other work or materials used to design your project except materials or graphics you have provided.

Disclaimer Note: Colors are not always accurately displayed in the proofing process and may appear slightly brighter or different than the final product. Printed Products: If we are printing your end product, please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing, we cannot print every color available.  We do not color match; therefore, we offer print industry's standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided and/or approved as possible. If we are not printing the job, it is likely that other printers in the industry follow this same industry standard and you should check with them as to their policies and guidelines.
