Questions

  • Admin can add as many questions to the knowledge base as necessary using a interface.
  • Admin can review answered questions, unanswered questions, pending questions and questions which have been answered by other workers and waiting to approved for the general public.

Answers

  • The administrator can answer questions, modify and delete other answers.

Users

  • Add, Edit and Delete Users
  • Send emails to users

The workers have the ability to add questions and answer questions. Workers without an administrative permission cannot set the answers to be seen by the public.

The public browse and search the FAQ for quick answers to their questions.

If they don’t find answers they can simply ask questions and wait for the answer. Answers are sent to the email of the users. Alternatively the user can review all their questions and answers in one place. The public can also rate answers to help the company provide better support.

FAQ Ranking:
Your FAQ’s are automatically ranked based on customer’s frequency of viewing. Your most viewed FAQ's will be readily available for your customers.
