Best of all, you don't ever have to deal with the post office - It's all done for you! The years of experience in expediting mail campaigns is what our clients rely on and at the lowest possible cost.

Mailing Services include the following specifications:

  • Import list from Disc or e-mail/CASS certification/Presort/InkJet Format
  • Inkjet Name and Address onto a single piece or print address directly onto a label and then adhere label to mailing piece
  • Delivery to Post Office or shipped back to you
  • Mailing list format should be in Excel, Access, or ASCII Comma Delimited
  • Post Office mailing delivery times: First Class approximately 3-5 business days and Bulk Mail approximately 12-15 business days. The post office does not guarantee delivery on Bulk (Presort Standard) mail.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of our invoice (excluding postage)
  • Actual postage figures will be determined by running the mailing list and the weight and size of your printed piece
  • All prices are based on a one time mailing process
