General Reseller Terms:

There are 2 ways you can work with us as a Reseller. It all depends on how you wish to work with your clients/prospects. If you want to be the sole contact and us not contact your client, then Direct Reseller is best. If you want to be less involved but just refer business, you would want to be an Affiliate Reseller. We are able to tell the difference, merely by the way the order comes in our online store. Simply, if you place the order you would be putting in your code... if your client places the order when we receive the order we see your code on the order from the link they clicked on and you then receive automatic credit in our online system.

Difference between methods of Resellers: (You may sign up for both types of Reseller Accounts)

  1. Direct Reseller: With this method you would place orders directly on our site as if you are the customer. We would provide you a special discount code, specifically for you, that would give you the Reseller Discount of 7% automatically during the checkout process. During checkout you simply put your code in the voucher box and your Reseller discount will be honored. With this method, you are the client, you are ordering and sending in all the material production needs to complete your order and when the order is complete we can ship the order to you or to your client. We do not contact your client with this method. You are the contact to your client. You do not receive a commission check with this method because you are receiving your discount directly off the order at the time you place the order.
  2. Affiliate Reseller: With this method you direct your prospects/clients to place orders on our site by using our banners or text links with your special reseller code embeded in the link. We are in contact with the client with this method. Your prospect or client is directed to our site by your links; pays for their order directly;  we process and ship the order directly to your client and we then send you a check for your commissions under the following conditions and terms:
  • Product & Services must originate, be processed, and completed on our site, QuantumBiz.com, in order to receive credit for the sale.
  • Printing Products are shipped only in the United States. All other products may be delivered Globally unless otherwise specified or Quantum informs Reseller of restrictions on delivery.
  • Email and phone orders will not be counted towards Affiliate Reseller Discounts.
  • Monthly Hosting or Monthly Web Services fees will not be subject to commission.
  • Commissions are a calculated at a flat 7% of any order that is processed through the online shop excluding shipping and tax, if applicable.
  • Affiliate Resellers, must have a minimum of $100.00 purchased in the shop to generate the minimum commission payout of $15.00. If the subtotal commission earned is below $15.00 your payment will be withheld until the subtotal is at least equal to $15.00.
  • We withhold 15% of your commission in the case of chargebacks from the client. Each 60 day period from the time of sale, if there are no chargebacks, we will pay you the withheld funds. If you do not want any funds held back then we recommend you work as a Direct Reseller and not an Affiliate Reseller.
  • Orders processed by using a Reseller Voucher Code will be processed as a Direct Reseller.
  • Orders processed by using Link Codes (Reseller Tools) will be processed as an Affiliate Reseller.
  • Orders processed as a Direct Reseller will not show up in the Administrative area of the Affiliate Reseller online where commissions would be calculated.
  • If you choose to be an Affiliate Reseller, to insure you receive credit for an order, you must use one of the banners or text links supplied located here: CLICK FOR RESELLER LINKS.
  • Improperly placed orders will not be credited to your Reseller Account and there will be no commission issued if the order is not placed properly through the store.

  • The links are located under Reseller Tools for Text or Banner Links.
  • Affiliate Resellers may view your order history and order status, by clicking the LOGIN link in the ORANGE bar in the navigation area and login using your username and password, where your entire Affiliate Reseller management area is located to view and mange your Commissions, Orders, Payments, and Settings.
  • Quantum has the authority to change any commission rates, as needed or where warranted, without notification to the Reseller. However, Quantum will make every effort, prior to a sale to notify the reseller if any commissions have changed.
  • Affiliate Resellers located outside of the United States, we pay using PayPal only. It should be free of charge to open your account to receive funds. CLICK HERE TO GO TO PAYPAL
